Knitting up 100 gm yarns and 220 yd/200 metres

My misson at the moment is to knit up some of my random 100 gm balls/hanks of yarn. The colours are random, with no specific projects in mind.

Some hats have been handknitted. They were not particularly suitable for the knitting machine. I didn’t write up the pattern instructions. 100 gm of Paton Classic wool, makes up a nice adult hat, as does 50 to 60 gm of Lette Lopi.

Then, I ran across the following scarf pattern on Ravelry. Kris Basta is very generous and offers a number of patterns free of charge. I’m using a 100 gm ball of Cascade220 Superwash Wool. Hopefully, it will turn out as well as the pattern picture, but I may run out of yarn and need to revise.
