Wool And Sleep


This is a link and small PDF of a recent study that reveals and confirms that one can get a better nights’ sleep when sleeping on a wool product. This includes wool blankets, a sheepskin and even wool night clothing. Years ago, in my nursing days, we used a sheepskin for our disabled patients to help prevent bedsores and wool blankets on the beds.
