Solution………to a yarn mishap.

The yarn that I had purchased had what appeared to be a flaw when it was dyed. The self striping was very nice, but it looked like someone had sprayed the yarn with a flick of a paint brush with black. Black random spots throughout the yarn, willy nilly.

I was knitting a dollies dress, the self striping was working out beautifully accept for these black spots. It certainly spoiled the garment.

My solution was to unravel, double up the yarn (2 strands) and knit something else.
Thumbless Hand Warmers. An easy project and the yarn was useful in the end.
